    Sessions will be focused on your personal goals for optimal health and wellness incorporating trauma recovery (if desired), functional medicine assessments, somatic work, lab and supplement recommendations.

    Working to resolve underlying trauma can bring up a multitude of thoughts, emotions, feelings. You will be educated on tools to use to help balance your nervous system, manage triggers and work towards being your best self!

    Health and wellness is about so much more than just diet and exercise - unresolved trauma often is the root cause. In addition to trauma recovery, we will develop a lifestyle plan that includes strategies for optimal nutrition, sleep, appropriate movement and more.
